So much for the status quo. One of the country’s most successful furniture companies came up with a brand-new idea. Hooker Furniture, a must-have go-to line for America’s top bricks-and-mortar and online retailers, sought to develop deeper ties and allegiance with an important trade customer: professional interior designers. To do so, Hooker developed a new collection called Marq.
This strategic new brand needed new language to convey Marq product attributes and design features, and inspire designers to specify the product. Devereux was delighted to jump on board in this strategic storytelling role, developing individual stories for dozens of mod, marvy and designerly new products.
