Forte Group, a buying group in the luxury decorative kitchen and bath space, found itself at an exciting crossroads. A dynamic board of directors had recruited a forward-thinking new CEO charged with charting the future of the organization. Her first step was actually to pause.

Ideation precedes action. Devereux joined the team early in the brand makeover process. In a honed role, we were tasked with the build out of brand architecture basics including 4Ps, SWOT analysis, brand position, brand personality, operating principals and brand vision.
